- Certain items such as perishable goods, custom-made products, and personal care items may not be eligible for returns.

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchanges:
- Exchanges are available for items that are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size or variant of the same product.

3. Refunds
